    When employees or companies place an order, change information or place other information on the platform of My Workwear, they agree to the terms & conditions as described below. These general terms & conditions are applicable to all users of the My Workwear platform.

    General Terms & Conditions:
    1. My Workwear publishes products and goods on behalf of suppliers on the platform of My Workwear,  in accordance with the by the suppliers supplied information. My Workwear is not responsible or reliable for the content, availability, delivery time and rates off these products and goods on the platform of My Workwear. On these products and goods, when applicable, the general terms & conditions of the supplier shall apply;
    2. My Workwear is not responsible or reliable for negligence or default of suppliers who offer their products and goods on the platform of My Workwear;
    3. My Workwear is not responsible or reliable for the ordering authorization of users who have signed up, or been signed up on the platform of My Workwear;
    4. My Workwear is not responsible or reliable for the correctness of supplied user- or product information;
    5. By means of placing an order, the users directly or indirectly enter into an agreement with the supplier for the delivery of the selected products or goods. My Workwear is not a contracting party and  can not be held responsible;
    6. My Workwear is not responsible or reliable for the execution or cancellation of placed orders;
    7. My Workwear is not reliable for any damage as a result of limited access of the platform;
    8. My Workwear registers personal information. Regarding the registration of personal information our Privacy Statement is applicable.
